Apple launched the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s plus at the beginning of September in 2015. These were the first iPhones with a newer design and feel. Moreover, a lot was changed from the power button location to the sleek body design and a better edge-to-edge screen from the iPhone 5 Series.
Apple has also fairly supported the older models to get the IOS 14 update; IOS 13 should have been the last update for iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, and iPhone SE. But surprisingly IOS 14 update was also released for these 2015 models.
From one of the trusted sources, “The Verifier”; IOS 14 will be the last major update for iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s plus, and also the first-generation iPhone SE from 2015.
